Not only did she sell my Franklin, TN home for top dollar in my neighborhood, but was successfully found and wrote up a contract that won me my beautiful new home! Elizabeth helped me stage my Franklin home using the items I already on hand, and she knowledgeably guided me through what items to store or get rid of so my home would sell for the best price. She is a great negotiator and was able to work out a deal where I was able to close on my new home 48 hours after selling my existing home. I never had to worry about being out on the street or suffering through the hassle of a temporary occupancy agreement. Elizabeth did a great job advertising my home and when our first contract fell through, she quickly got me back under contract a week later, so I didn’t lose my agreement to purchase my new home. She worked with my mover to make sure they would store my items for 48 hours till I closed on my place. This woman truly goes above and beyond for her clients! She helped with my dog, purchased flowers for my front porch, and did so much to make sure that the whole transition went off with the least amount of stress possible.
